Now offering our Monks' Genesee Rye - with caraway seeds!

By popular demand our Genesee Rye (previously only sold at our Abbey Store) is now available on-line. It is a soft rye with caraway seeds.
We do not bake it weekly but about once a month make a large batch and freeze it. Throughout the week we defrost and offer it at our store. Many Rye bread fans like it a lot....including the monks!! This offer may only last a short time. Genesee Rye is presently not offered in our Monks' Sampler.
